How long does shipping take ?

7 to 10 working days ( It takes 1 to 2 days to process your order. Once processed you will receive your order around 7 to 10 working days.)

 

Do your offer free shipping?

Yes we offer free shipping on ALL orders

 

Do you accept refunds or exchanges ?

Yes. Please contact us at onlybestbuys.contact@gmail.com and a member of our team will sort this out for you. Please note all items must be returned to our factory in China.

Do you have a minimum quantity order ?

Yes. Our minimum quantity order is 3 

 

Do I have to pay import fees ?

No. Please note if your order quantity is large we will spilt your order into different packages avoid any fees. Don't worry we handle all the import fees so you do not have to.

Our office and factory is based in China.
